Errata Inclusive Creative Framework Three bands. The season clock shows three streams running at once: rehearsing the current season's show, selecting and preparing the next season's, and incubating the theme for the season after that. The route runs left to right: a theme incubator where anyone submits show theme ideas and the Artistic Director picks one; a song incubator opened for that theme; selection by the Artistic Director; a screen run in order, values first, then arrangement options, complexity and balance, and difficulty to arrange; board sign-off five weeks before the season; four weeks of arranging and recording; publication two weeks before the first rehearsal revealing the theme with setlist, scores and tracks; a fourteen day objection window from that release; then the season. SONG INCUBATOR OPENS ONCE THE THEME IS SET ON THE APP, OPEN LIST SNG-1 SONGS FOR THAT THEME A song incubator opens for the show. Members submit songs that match the theme, and back others with a like. SNG-2 CULTURE AND COMMUNITY Pride, Trans Day of Remembrance, Halloween. These carry priority. NOTHING IS RANKED OR REJECTED AT THIS STAGE. SELECTION ARTISTIC DIRECTOR FROM THE SONG INCUBATOR SEL-1 DRAWS THE SETLIST The Artistic Director builds the set from the songs that were submitted. SEL-2 BALANCE Era, genre, recognition and origin across the set. SEL-3 MEMBER SHARE A meaningful share of the set comes from members. THE SET IS THE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR’S CALL. THE SCREEN IN THIS ORDER AD WITH ASSISTANT DIRECTOR CHK-1 VALUES, FIRST Lyrics, and the history of the song and the artist, reviewed for diversity, equity and inclusion. BRD-2 RAISES CONCERNS Anything the board flags must be addressed in time for the new season to start. THIS DATE IS FIXED. IT GIVES THE DIRECTORS FOUR WEEKS TO GET ARRANGEMENTS DONE. NOTHING IS ARRANGED OR BOUGHT BEFORE SIGN-OFF. PREPARE THE 4 WEEKS AFTER SIGN-OFF AD AND ASST DIRECTOR PRP-1 SCORES AND ARRANGEMENTS Bought in or arranged, once the board has approved. PRP-2 TRACKS AND SHEET MUSIC First batch ready to release two weeks before the first rehearsal of the season. PUBLISH AND RUN FROM 2 WEEKS BEFORE EVERYONE PUB PUBLISHED The theme is revealed, with the setlist, scores and tracks for the first batch. OBJ OBJECTION WINDOW Fourteen days from release for any member to flag material. RUN REHEARSE AND PERFORM The season runs, and ends with the show.
